Chalet 3 Ours offers two meeting rooms for 4 to 12 people. The rooms are available on Sunday afternoons and evenings, and on weekdays only.
Meeting room on 1st floor
The meeting room is equipped with a table for 8 to 12 people, sofas for 6 and a bar counter for 4. Kitchen complete with Jura E8 coffee machine. A 90-inch screen and projector are also available for business presentations.
Weekdays: from 8:00 am.
Sunday: from 1:00 p.m.
50 per hour plus taxes. Minimum 3 hours.
Price for 8 hours: $300 plus tax.
Meeting room 2nd floor
The room is equipped with a table for 6 to 8 people plus sofas and a counter-bar to welcome your guests. Fully equipped kitchen with Jura E6 coffee machine.
Weekdays: from 8:00 am.
Sunday: from 1:00 pm.
Price for 8 hours: $225 + tax.
35 per hour plus tax. Minimum 3 hours.
Available equipment included
Both rooms offer a wall-mounted TV screen with HDMI sockets, or wireless connection via Google Chromecast. A projector is also available if required, with a 50-inch canvas for projecting. Internet access is fast and efficient. There are electrical sockets under the table and power strips available.
Professional coffee machine
Jura E8 and Jura E6 restaurant coffee machines with milk frother. Treat your guests to superb coffees at very low cost. Keep your teams active!
Dinner on site or in a restaurant
Request catering services or boxed lunches for on-site dining. You can reheat your meals, use the fridge for your drinks and even the wine cellar if you need to.
Take the opportunity to dine in a nearby restaurant at lunchtime, such as Mercantile, La Chocolatière, Pilsen Pub, Vilandré or TapRoom.

Mercantile : Café-style with sandwiches and salads. (50 metres)
Saveurs et gourmandises : Catering sandwiches and salads to order only. (100 metres).
Chocolatière : Lunch and dinner style with daily menu. (60 metres)
Pilsen Pub : Pub-style with a varied menu, but above all, a view of Lake Massawippi (100 metres).
Pub Vilandré : Microbrewery, fries and poutine with excellent beers brewed right here (400 m)
Taproom : It’s the pub at Manoir Hovey, relais château. Chic and relaxed, with an English pub-style atmosphere and fireplace. In summer, enjoy the terrace with its incredible view of Lake Massawippi (1.1 km).
Le Hatley : Restaurant du Manoir Hovey, relais Château, 2 Michelin stars. Very chic, where the food will surprise you and the wine list is almost endless (1.1 km).
